To be eligible for processing, the holiday decor must stay unused, retain its original intact packaging, and show no signs of scratches, stains, or assembly damage. Custom seasonal decor pieces and clearance discounted tabletop ornaments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Log into your account and locate the relevant order page for your holiday tabletop decor. Submit a formal return request and briefly describe your reason for returning the item.
  2. Our support team from WISDOMNUTRITIONSHOP will review your application within 24 hours and send a prepaid return shipping label via your registered email once approved.
  3. Securely repack the decor product with all original accessories, attach the provided shipping label, and drop off the package at the designated logistics point.
  4. We will inspect the returned tabletop decor after receiving the package. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days once inspection passes. Shipping costs for return delivery are covered by us for defective goods only.

Product Warranty Policy

WISDOMNUTRITIONSHOP offers a 90-day limited warranty for all our holiday tabletop decor products, effective from the day you receive your shipment. This warranty covers factory defects including loose ornament parts, broken light components, and flawed material craftsmanship on mini Christmas trees and seasonal centerpieces.
 
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper home placement, accidental drops, self-modification, overexposure to moisture, or regular wear and tear from long-term use. To claim warranty service, you must provide clear photos of the defective decor and your original order number for verification.

Non-Returnable & Non-Warrantied Goods

The following holiday decor items from WISDOMNUTRITIONSHOP cannot be returned or covered under our warranty policy:

Exchanges Instead of Refunds
